suspension

I have a stock 2000 blazer and i what would be a good way to beef up my suspension without lifting the truck?

As far as load capacity?? Pretty much anything that you do will also increase the ride height when unloaded.

not really load capasity, more or less what would be a good product to buy for the suspension? Any particular brand of shocks?

Please define "beef up".

As far as shocks, a quick search should turn up quite a few threads discussing shock selection.

Well i live in washington dc and the roads here have done a number on the shocks, im also big into going off roading, i more or less want to find out what would be a good brand of shocks to withstand both.
