Well, lets see... happened at north topsail, no the tide didnt come up on me, yes it was salt water, was driving down the tidal creeks when i felll into a bowl. All around the truck was like 3 inches to a foot deep, had been playing for a while, and i just didnt see this hole! Even at a measly 10-15 mph, by the time I hit the brakes I was in it!!! Lesson learned. No i didn't try to start it lots, and I plan to drain and fill and see what happens, but I'm pretty sure she's toast. Water was over the hood when I went in the hole, she kinda leveled out in the pictures. Im just glad nobody got hurt, and hopefully somebody else will learn from my mistake!

Oh, and yes i stripped the good stuff, will take the rest to pick n pull so that others may live on!!! And yeah, it stinks..... baaaaaad.

Damn, that SUCKS!! I didn't know that you could do that at topsail, even lived in holly ridge for 2 years. Guess I would have had to be part of the 4x4 group to know. Not sure what you got down there far as parts but I know there's a place up in Goldsboro. Good luck, i sure miss the warm weather down there.
