1990 fullsize Blazer

With summer about to roll around, it's about time to take the top off the blazer. I've read how to remove it on this forum, the only question I had is about how heavy is the fiberglass top and how many people are needed to remove it?
Thanks,
Bake

Two people should be sufficient, but if you're not sure, have a third person to help and you'll be fine.

or if you have a nearby stock s10 blazer you can slide it off yourself right onto the truck lol. thats what i used to do for years. but 2 strong guys can do it easily. dont ask your little brother or sister to help you. i would guesstimate that thing weighing around 140lbs

but theres 16 visable bolts. theres the 6 up front, 5 along each side and there are two sneaky bolts that are in the very back that go upward into the top. so if you actually have a nice truck with interior panels in the very back you will have to remove those to get at them. but chances are if the tops been off by whoever owned it before they never put those back in. i owned 3 trucks where i never seen those bolts, wasnt untill i cut one up for scrap that i ran into this problem

lol, I think I've got all of like 6 holding mine in. I tried to space them out to hold it down tighter.
