Have an 01 4dr LT Model. The passenger side (40) seat folds down level with cargo space fine, middle and driver (60) wont budge. Tried undoing latch on back of seat, lithium grease and pb blaster on the springs and it still wont budge. any advice?

 

Assuming the latch is still functional and not broken, try pushing backwards on the seat (towards the back of the truck) while lifting the latch. Maybe there's forward pressure that's preventing it from releasing. If that doesn't work you may have to disassemble the seat back to find out what's broken.

 

I always have to push the seat back while pulling the handle or it won't go. there is a bit of wear on mine so it binds.
