advice on fender paint repair
 

i just had to touch up a big oops on my front fender, i painted and cleared with factory color made it look great. only prob is the weather got too cool here and i didnt wait long enough to wheel it out, so i dulled it a little where the repair was made. should i wetsand and buff??? what would u guys do?
