Advice on finding new Blazer Doors?

Hey guys, couple questions. Damaged my right rear door on my 4dr 2000 Chevy Blazer LT 4x4 the other day. I looked all over (Fort Wayne, Indiana) Craigslist for other non damaged doors and wasn't happy with the results. That being said, where do y'all get your doors from? I don't have much money to play with so the cheaper the option the better. Also, my rear bumper is completely rusted, and would that be road worthy to drive with? Thanks!

I grab my parts from the scrap yard. Got 3 different ones i go to within a 45 min drive.

I'm with DonL on this one. I visit my local salvage yards a few times a month. I have 2 really good ones close, one ok one close, then a good one about an hour away.
As long as you have the proper tools to remove the hinge pins, and maybe some wire snips, you should find a decent one pretty easily.
For the rear bumper, there are six, if I recall correctly, 19mm bolts to remove from under the trim. You'll need both a 19mm socket and wrench.

Good luck, and remember...have fun! :icon_nic:

Don L and N. Jensen nailed it :) You should be able to find just about anything you would ever need from a junk yard and usually at a very good price...

Plus 1+. Same, local salvage yards.
