Question cutting a back door onto a 2dr 2002 jimmy?

hey,

So I have a 2 door 2002 jimmy and I'm wondering if anyone has cut out the body just behind front doors around the triangular window to make it easier to get in and out of the back seats?
or if any one knows of a kit that existed and could let me know or give tips it would be appreciated!

That sounds like jacking up your house to add a second story. Good luck and post pics.

Yeah I thought of that also but I prefer the look of the 2 door. I have a parts truck ill try it on first if I decide to try it out!

You could try to harvest parts from an extended cab s10 pickup...? Some have that 3rd door that opens up behind the driver's.

Just a thought.

I like the 2 door look more, as well. But the 4 door is very convenient for my lifestyle currently.

Good luck on whatever you decide.
