Dome light nightmare!

Ok guys, not sure whats going on. It started out that I would be going down the road and the car would hit a bump and the dome light would kick on. Id hit the door panel near the rear end of the drivers door and it would turn off. Now, I wake up and find the dome light on. The door on the passenger side seems to be the culprit and when I push on it it goes out (after the door movies in about 1/4 of an inch or more). Is there a sensor in the latches that hold the door shut that might solve the dome light coming on and maybe the door hanging out so much? Oh and if you got any, a link to order that rear hatch actuator would be nice, too.

Check to see if the little nub that's attached to the door panel has fallen off? Also sounds like the hinge pins and bushings could use replacing.

That black part sticking out of the side of the dash near the jamb is the dome light switch.

Both of those were replaced and made no difference. I was thinking the latch that hooks on to the little "bar" when the door is closed and releases with the handle? is there a sensor in that maybe?

There is.. but I think that sets the door ajar lite, besides feeding the alarm system.
If you can push the door in 1/4" that easily, adjust the striker inward a little.
I havent checked mine but usually you can adjust a pin switch by pulling it out, when the door closes it self adjusts.
