Default factory skid plate with body lift

If i installed a 2" body lift to my 2001 four door blazer would it mess up or make me have to take off the factory plastic skid plate in the front?

Have you looked at how the splash guard attaches? Its bolted to the frame...so no, no problems with a body lift.
