fix holes in hard tonneau cover ?
 

hi,
i bought a used tonneau cover for my 88 s-10, the previous owner installed a wing on it... :icon_doh:

i want to remove the wing and patch the holes. the cover is fiberglass.

anyone knows how i should do it properly ? the cover will be repainted so i want to do it right once.

sand down around the area you want to fill, and get some bondo-glass (the bondo with fiberglass strands in it, first take some, and pack it in the hole until they are full, and then smooth it out, sand it down, use a good primer over it, you should be good.
