Help ID'ing the manufacturer of this rear air deflector

So I just picked up a 2005 Chevy Blazer ZR2 and have a question that I can't seem to get answered so far via Google.

In the ad pictures in which I purchased the ZR2, a pretty neat rear air deflector was installed (pictured below). Well, I had to have the vehicle shipped since I got it out of state, and it arrived with this deflector broken off. Ironically, neither the dealer or the transport carrier have a clue as to what happened.

All that's left is some adhesive residue on the glass & some bits of plastic (smoke colored plastic like a bugshield) I'd like to replace this thing, but can't seem to find who was the manudacturer! So far, I've contacted Lund/Auto VentShade & they say it's not theirs. I've also contacted EGR "DustGuard", but can't get a response.

Somebody else out there has to have purchased one of these in the past & may know ... I hope anyway ...

Where can I buy, Smoke Rear Window Deflector?
