how ye remove ye seatbelts in first gen?

Ello kind townspeople. I was wondering how ye remove ye safety belts in a first gen jimmy/blazer. I had an allan wrench that fit into that, but could not for the life of me get it to come off, they are really in there good, is there a special tool for this?

Mine was a Hexhead. Use a breakerbar/piece of pipe. you wont get it off with a regular tool, you need to get the ones that fit on a socket wrench.

I wonder if my manual has the size, LOL i'm an idiot for not thinking about that
lol, it just says "bolt"

I can't remember but I think either T50 or T47. I've broken lots of bits. Go under the car and try to clean up the bolt the best you can. Also spray it, or use a little heat. You can get lucky and use a ratchet/breaker bar and get it moving. If you get it moving run it in and out as you loosen it. An impact gun (even electric) makes it much much easier.

anyone know what cross model seatbelts would fit in a blazer? say a jimmy for instance? i have to replace the backseat driver side belt, looks like a torque bit. in fact, i just bought the bit: it's definitely a
T-50 folks!

just wondering, before i wander to the wreck yard.
