Interior Paint Code?
 

My 89 S15 Jimmy has the red interior but it is really 2 tone. The RPO Codes are 74E & 74I. I am able to identify that 74I is Carmine. I believe that this is the darker color red of the dash and door panels and center console lid. The lower color is red but what is the code? I need to do some painting on the interior and I want to get close to original. I determined that the correct paint codes are for DK Carmine and Carmine. DK Carmine is the upper colors of the interior and Carmine is the lower color. I located an undamaged door panel at a U-Pull it junk yard for $10. The red colors are not quite a match for my interior but the carpet on the lower panel is correct. So I will repaint the door panel to match.
My existing door panel has busted clip retainers on the inside of the door panel and the upper lip on the door panel is cracked/separated from the door panel where the weather strip is stapled to the door panel on the front edge of the panel. The door panels were already removed and laying inside the vehicle and surprisingly undamaged. This was a great find.

RPO 74 is Red but what is 74E?
