I bought my 87 K5Blazermissing its rear interior. The previous owner removed itdue to wear, tear & mold smell. Obviously carpeting goes on the floor.The sides andalong the rear wheel wells look like there had been carpeting there, too. But is there plastic housing where the speakers mount goor what? I would appreciate it if someone would post pics of their interior so I may have an idea of how it should look. Thanks in advance!

 

Unfortunately I have all the innards out of mine right now for rust repair but you should see mounting brackets for interior trim all down the sides about 1 foot off the floor. When I get a minute I'll set mine in there so you see how they go.

 

Allright. Looks like I'm not gonna get that done for you. But check out ebay and search for Blazers. Most of theones I found have interior pictures. I'll keep trying though.

Ihave notlooked at the interiors on ebay in awhile since I have had little luck finding detailed photos of where the speakers go. I'll go on there again and look at some more. Lately, I have been contemplating carpeting the majority of the area and fabricating carpetedspeaker boxes while I'm at it. We'll see.
