Look at this!!! Anyone know where I can get it
 

Hi all, a while back this truck was on e-bay and I just love the looks of it, has many mods including camaro wheels, brazilian blazer tailights among other things. But what I want is the chrome piece that runs the length of the roof rack, I have been told its from a 1998 Bravada special edition? But could not even find one of these trucks to look at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could just paint the bars silver (or chrome if that's what you're looking for), that's what i did to my last blazer:

Yea that looks cool to, but I wonder about it holding up over time if i just paint it. What kinda paint did you use. Yeah that truck pictured is awsome, the guy was also from NY, but sold it on e-bay for a steal, sold for like 5k it had high miles but looked as good as my 19,000 mile 04.

I had it like that for over a year with no problems. I painted it with rustoleum, didn't even clear coat it. It's pretty much out of the way of any debris or anything, so there's really nothing to affect the paint.

Yea those tail are cool,except you have to run another wire to them to make them blink. Also, just for kicks go to ebay home page and click Brazil and search Blazer and using some common sense, sice I doubt you speek Brazilian, look at automotive, they have some really cool Blazers and S-10'S there with awsome lights and rims an whatnot. I got a guy there, that will get you anything Brazilian if you just send him a pick, can give his e-bay name if anyone see's something they must have. I just got today a brazilian Blazer, dashboard emblem.

And if you look at the body work on them this is what they would look like today if they had not gone with the Trailblazer. They look like they have the Colorado/Canyon fenders with the Isuzu Hombre/Venture grille. Notice also that if you look in the used vehicle section that most of them come with a 5spd manual tranny, might be that because of the ethanol they run better with that setup also they get a diesel option that I wished the U.S. market had. I have seen where you can convert a fullsize pickup to an Isuzu 3.9L Turbo Diesel with a 4L60E automatic tranny. Sounds like a better option than a LT1/LS1 swap.....
