I think a mix of choco brown and tan color would look good. I think the trailblazer edition s10 blazer had similar looking seats to these two colors. If I could find a pair of seats like this in decent condition, i'd take em. But so far, I haven't found anything good.

tan works pretty well with black and grey, lots of tan interior blazers at junk yards, could switch out the seats, dash bezel, door pannels, dash speaker grills, glove box, and the passenger air bag cover

I'll tell you what I think. Or shall I say I have an idea. Go into the chop shop section and start a thread or ask it here I guess. Take a good pic of your interior and see if someone can photoshop the picture of whatever color you want your seats and see what you like best that way. Just my .02. Goodluck.

I want to put all black interior in to replace the tan, how hard is it to replace the carpet?

I just happen to work at a place that makes Gymnastic carpet mats so i have plenty of carpet
