Newbie Question - 03 Grill Removal -BrushGuard install

Hello everybody, I have had my 03 ZR2 for about a month now and last night attempted to install a pushbar/ brushguard with no instructions. After it was all said and done I found it to be shaky, and then noticed the brackets that go under the grill. So I did a lot of reading on here and I think it just snaps in but I want to be sure before I try to pull it off. Also I was wondering if there are any torque specs for the bolts. I got the bar, sidesteps and a bike rack from a co-worker and he does not have the instructions. Thanks for any input
Greg

if ur co-worker had it installed on a vehicle then just see if he'll help u...otherwise, i believe ur right that the grill snaps on however i'd wait for a more positive reply as i myself have never taken my grill off. u might be able to find it online somewhere...if u search for 2003 grills you might be able to see in a picture if it has snaps or not. good luck, by the way what's ur brushguard look like? take a pic when u finally get it installed

Yes, it does just snap out, but you will have to remove the turn signal plugs from the grill section. The headlights stay mounted to the core support. It is kind of awkward to handle so you may not want to try to remove it by yourself. You could end up cutting a wire for one of your turn signal connectors.

I have the side rail/ nerfbars what ever there are called, but I have no instructions, so it looks like I have to drill at leat one hole and mount one side to the body mount (there is a 1" spacer for betweent the bar and the body) and drill one hole for the rear. Here is how I think it goes:

and

for the front mount. For the rear I can line it up with one hole (in the circle) but it looks like I have to drill the second.

Thanks again for any input
