passenger seat won't go forward
 

just got an 01 blazer 2 door 4x4 problem is my passenger seat won't go forward to get into the rear. latch is there and moves but it wont go any ideas? it has the reclining seat lever missing and even with a screwdriver turning it , it won't recline either thanks

It's probably the spring underneath connecting both sides of the rails together. Most likely one side came off.

hey thanks for the response. what about the reclining lever? Its broken off which i heard was normal but even trying to turn it with a screwdriver it wont go won't turn nothing i appreciate it
