Rear Bench Seat that folds out to a bed

Anyone know of any GM second row bench seats that fold out flat like a bed? Integrated 3 point seat belts would be a nice plus. I am interested in swapping this type of seat into the rear of my 1977 Blazer K5. Any pointers?
