Rear Bumper

I've got a small dent on the right side of my bumper ( down near the lower right corner) and I wanted to know if there was any cheap way of covering that baby up. Its not a really noticable dent but it has been bothering me for a while now. I was thinking of getting a section of diamond plate and attaching it to the bumper, but i dunno. Got any ideas of how to cover it up?

If you do a section of DP, might as well do the whole entire thing, im contemplating making new rocker panels out of DP but that craps heavy.

I know LMC had a DP rear bumper with lights in it.

http://img235.imageshack.us/img235/9...0498gf3.th.jpgis a pic of the dent. I'm really considering some DP on both sides of the bumper. I'd look cool, people behind me would hopefully see me better and it'd cover it up.

I'd get some thin aluminum DP and kinda do 2 rectangles and bend them to the shape of the bumper and attach them with stainless steel screws. Maybe even make a cool design outta it. I've been playing with DP with my tractors for a while and i think i can really do somthing cool while also covering the dent.

whatdoya think?

*EDIT by swartlkk* - fixed your link. Just can't use caps in the *url* and *img* tags.

I would have to say that even if you diamond plate over that, you would want to hammer the dent out. Then, I would cut a cardboard template of the area to DP, then cut it out of aluminum diamond plate. Contour it to fit, drill the mounting holes, then polish it up. Either coat it with an aluminum protectant, or get it anodized (which will take off some of the shine).
