I havea 97 2drblazer and i was wondering if anyone would know if its possible to change the black plastic that surrounds the rear side window, without having to take the windows out?

 

Change them how??? The window and plastic surronds are all one unit together. If you want to paint them just tape off the window and all painted areas around them, sand them down use some adhesion promoter on them then paint them. But if your looking to take and change out the plastic with something else the window is part of it and they come out together!!

 

Like mentioned they are apart of the window itself and do not come off ..
There is another way to do it but it's allot of work , sand down the plastic and then polish it with plastic polish using a buffer of coarse ..

I agree with posting pictures. I always read posts of people doing things I have wanted to do. Then they don't post pictures, which leaves me no idea how it went.
