Replacing analog instrument cluster with digital cluster for 1994 Blazer s10?
Can it be done? I own a 1994 blazer s10. I love my truck and plan to restore it / make it look real nice. It has the basic analog instrument cluster. It's not bad but I really like the way the digital cluster looks. Does anyone have any info/turorials on how it's done? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Google "first gen analog to digital instrument cluster"
There is a real good write up on how to do it. |

Dont always spoon feed people Mr. Chris haha :icon_teeth:Its better to try and find it on their own with some help. |
Can this be done on a second gen??

I've been wondering that myself. Haven't searched anything tho, but I don't believe so. Not without buying an after market one... I believe they are different sizes, and the wireing I would assume are different aswell. Now a good question would be if they make electronic ones for the 2nd gens??:icon_user:

I had a digi cluster in my 94 Blazer... Looked great.
In the years that I've owned my current model, I've never seen a digital cluster for a 2nd Gen. There are two types; the singular speedo and the double, w/ speedo and tach. (waits for someone to chime in and prove me wrong..) |
Most of the 94's over here in Europe had the digital cluster. I would guess the Canadians as well as with a switch you can change them over from imperial to metric.

I found a website called whitegauges.net that sells a cover... I was wondering if anyone made one that was the whole cluster... Looking further into it i see that the mileage is stored in the cluster so changing it out will inaccuratly show the other's mileage...
