Rubber? Plastic?
You can paint it!
Yours look pretty beat up. You may want to run over it with some body filler, just to fill the bigger cracks and holes. Then just sand, prep and paint!
This happens to pretty much every Blazer, anywhere. It can't be easily replaced, as the window is attached to it, and it is bolted and glued in place. So painting is pretty much your only option.
If you don't want to do it, you could always take it to a body shop too.
Also: It's plastic, and welcome to the forum!
