Two problems here... 1 body related, 1 not
 

First problem: I have both drivers side doors I want to replace. Both have power windows/locks... do I have to buy wire and wire the news ones to the old wires..?

Second problem: My filler neck keeps springing leaks every time I fix it in different spots. My friend had an Olds Silhouette with a rubber filler neck.. could I get away with buying rubber filler neck hose and just using that or does that small evap tube that's welded to the filler neck actually do something?
