hey guys ever sense i brought my 93 blazer from california to water world washington the 2 rear widows on the sides have started to leak water from the top.

I tried to go to pick a part to see if i could get the seal off the outside but couldn't and i didn't wanna destroy one just to see how either. Id like to fix this but not sure how.
