Wiper cowl rattle
 

Okay, On my 1993 GMC jimmy s15, there is a very very irritating wiper cowl rattle on the passenger side. Its on the back side closest to the windshield as close to the fender as you can be, I can physically move it about 1/8th of an inch about. I checked all the bolts and they are tight. Ive resorted to putting a piece of rubber foam in there for the time being, but I still hear it sometimes, I would just like to fix. Any suggestions?

I think they all do this eventually. I put silicone where the two pieces meet. Never had any noise after that.
