Heck man it probably took you a half hour to write all that haha. Thanks for your input. The only thing I don't like about ebay cai is that they have no heat shields and that is a problem for sure. I went from a 91 f-150 with the 302 with true duel flows to this jimmy with stock exhaust, it's too damn quiet. I need at least single in dual out flows. When I save up I'm going to go back to my stock rims and run 30s. They are an inch and a half less wide as the tires i'm running now, that'll probably add a couple mpgs I hope.

I have a youtube vid with a seafoam experience. But I'll try to get a vid of a single in/dual out 4.3 - (as I have mine).

I got the newer muffler installed about 10 months ago & it's sounding better every day still.
I had a couple single in dual out mufflers before in my quest for it to sound more like a truck & not a grocery go-getter.
This straight through Flo Pro single in dual out has suceeded!

Sounds pretty good rottidog. I welded on a glasspack today, it sounds pretty good. I'd like it louder though.

Thanks, I don't have it tuned for the cam yet & when that gets done it should help the idle.
If you want it louder cut out the pre cat but keep it so you can put it back in for emissions <-----(I didn't say that) ;-)

Heck I live in Tennessee, there is no such thing as emissions around here (Thumbs Up) Wouldn't cutting out the pre cat make the check engine light come on from the o2 sensors?
