Just brainstorming but maybe you can help me
 
I need to change one of my abs sensors and i was wondering what needs to be done and if i can get the sensor its self with no plate .

btw its on a 1992 s10 blazer

for the front they just take a allen screw, its been a while since i done a s10 but alot of tahoes and every other chevy truck. you just have to remove the caliper and rotor to get to it. sometimes they can be frozen in there. also look for cut or loose wires before you go and remove the sensor

i checked the wires and there fine i cleaned it and it still kicks on the abs any ways do i need to change the whole blacking plate or can i change the sensor only?

Remove the wheel bearing...

its not in the bearing the sensors on the dust plate

unless the bearing needs to be removed and also the hub assembly

Have you done the paper clip between "A" & "H"? Codes 21-38 are the speed sensors. The ABS light will blink on & off. The Hub & Rotor assembly has to be removed to get to the sensor & dust plate. Rock Auto has the sensors, most all come with the dust plate....

i know how to erase them but not read them imma just bring it someplace to get the codes pulled i guess
