need performance advise

hey guys im currently looking into added some power to my 99 blazer, it currently has a cai, high flow cat and muffler, and a 2"bl...i wanna add more power... im curious as to which will be best, programmer and underdrive pulleys with mechanical fan swaped for a electric fan, or a procharger... which prochargers are you guys running...also do i have to run 91 octane?
this truck is my daily driver so mods need to take a day or less to do, i have mechanical skills so thats not an issue as far as install...

Free improvement is to advance the timing a few degree's,Be careful with it though. you NEED a timing light to know exactly where its at.

Efan can help,Look up taurus efan swap, its almost a direct drop in,just need to do the wiring etc.

pulleys can help, but puts a strain on the alternator.

Forced induction or advanced timing usually always require higher octane fuel.

Programmer? No, get your PCM tuned by a company like wait4me or pcmforless (google). Will be more beneficial than an off the shelf programmer like superchips etc.

E-fan has been discussed, while it could benefit you, unless you're always turning the fan (which would indicate your fan clutch is f-ed) then E-fan won't net you that much.

Underdrive pulleys have been related to lack of charge from Alternator, etc.

IMO, pair your current mods with a set of headers and a PCM tune, you'll be happy with the difference until you have enough $$$$$$$$$$ for supercharger.
