The machine shop used oil impregnated bronze. They also had to shave the lip of the bushing for the final fit.

I took mine to a machine shop and had the carrier bored up to the next size bronze bushing and used all the original hardware. 150 bucks and better than new.

I fought this issue for a year convinced it wasn't tranny fluid because it didn't smell like it and was not red. Replaced the transfer case switch and the "oil" in my vacuum lines stopped. Just sayin
