Check your bulbs too. They deteriorate a lot over time. I pulled out my NightHawks because the glass on the bulb was so sooted(?) on the inside that you couldn't even see the filament inside...

You should be able to go into most auto parts...

You should be able to go into most auto parts stores and get a ground strap the appropriate length. Worst case, a couple ring terminals and a piece of wire would suffice.

It shouldn't be too hard to install a second projector. The only tricky part would be aiming them, but even that wouldn't be too bad.

Look for a front dif from a late 70s, early 80s GM 3/4 ton truck. 8.5" 4.10 were pretty common. If you're looking for a bolt in assy, I don't think they exist in 4.10.
