Check the actuator, I think it is under the battery. From what I hear, sometimes the rubber gets dry rotted and can cause the actuator to stop working correctly. You might need to replace it.

It could be the oil lines. It could be a bunch of things. Its hard to tell you what it is through the internet, lol. Leaks are something that you most likely have to be there in person to inspect.

Yeah a bad distributor cap and rotor can cause this type of problem. Change them and see how it runs. If the wires are old or look dry rotted, I'd change those too.

Its kind of easy to check the bearings. Jack up the front end and grab the wheel, shake it up, down, left, and right. If its loose all around, then your bearings are probably shot.
