Trying to torque my harmonic balancer down to crankshaft. How do you stop the engine from turning? I read of using a screwdriver on flywheel. Are there any pics. out there on this method? Not sure...

Water Pump Gasket Installation?

Do I need to use RTV gasket material on my new water pump? The new Bosch water pump came with gaskets. This is on 01 Blazer 4.3L. Seems like maybe the gaskets are okay to install w\o additional RTV?

yes, you are right about it being keyed. Does this eliminate the need to hold the fywheel from turning while tightening the balncer to the crankshaft snout? Sorry if this a dumb question.

I had the same problem on my 01 blazer. I had abs modlue rebuilt by modulemaster.com. It fixed my problem. The KH 325 modlues are known to fail.

I was having the same problem with my 01 Blazer. Ended up being the module itself was bad. Had it rebuilt by modulemaster.com. No problems two year later. The KH 325 modlues are famous for going out.
