2001 ZR2 rear axle strength

Looking to buy a rear axle out of a ZR2 mainly to get the larger 8.5 ring gear. Question is, how strong are these axles? It’s going in a streetrod with a big block with rough estimate of 600hp.

95 blazer with "turbo" muffler and a fresh air intake set-up. I average 20-21 on the hwy and 17 or so city, so around 300-320 miles per tank. Oh and I have 180,000 plus miles on the truck.
