Ended up replacing the front differential. Got lucky too because the replacement ended up being a cast iron diff instead of aluminum. Noise is gone now thank God..

Just rebuilt my steering linkages... New idler arm, Pittman arm and all 4 tie rod ends with new greaseable parts and greased em up till grease was literally coming out of it and realigned the truck....
