Got through emissions

The monitors were down to the secondary air. The requirement allows for one pending so it got approved. I'll address the issue if the cell comes on again. Thanks again.

I do have power at the ecm fuse #9 but as I said there is no power distribution box in the engine bay.
If it is of any consequence it is a 2wd 1997 Sonoma.
