this may sound crazy but its worth a try.im going to pay 30 for junkyard starter and use a 5/8 drill bit where the the bolts go threw the starter and hopefully be able to get the alignment right....

well i had to up the bolt size to 7/16 bolt and use threaded insert. the starter seems as if it is to far away from flex point now and i cant remember if the outside mounting surface on starter sits...
