That would make sense.. Again there are at least two, smoke coming from the switch area makes me suspect the switch itself. Take it out and see if there are signs of it melting or smoke coming from...

The heater core should not be causing any burning...

The heater core should not be causing any burning smells, the worst you could get would be plastic that fell in there perhaps melting off..

The smoke actually comes out of the control unit, NOT...

There is a slight pull to the right when not engaged, barely noticable, but present. I actually noticed this with the 4x4 engaged, before it appeared in the 2wd mode.

Tires are all the same size...

`93 4x4 Question

in my `93 4x4 The 4x4 works, but there is an extreme pull to the right, has anyone else experienced this, any suggestions on what to check?

I'm a blazer newbie.. Just got a `93 s-10 4x4 4door.. Approx 200k miles


I am about to swap out the front drivers ball-joint(s), but while looking at it, a friend and I kicked off a new issue......
