No it is not tire related, I have replaced all 4 ball joints, idler arm and rotated the tires, no change in the noise, and it is still there. Front brake pads and rotors have also been replaced.

Roaring Noise in Front End

I got a problem with my 01 Blazer, there is a roaring noise in the front end while driving, it sounds like your typical wheel bearing noise. Also you can feel it a little bit in the steering wheel....

Sounds like your getting moisture in your dist. cap or wires, I dont know were you live, but were I live it has been very humid and damp in the mournings, that will cause moisture buildup in dist....
