Well got the starter out to find the wire that goes to motor had corroded and broke off. Put a starter in from the yard now its all good thanks any how guys.

Not even close to freezing here yet. I'm going to pull the starter tomorrow and bench test it and test wiring also.It may just be bad connection its a rusty winter beater that hasn't even been washed...

Did you run truck with out cap and heat on max till truck was hot to get air out of cooling system then refilled after flush? If yes i would pull heater core hoses and flush heater core by it self....
