Is it likely that the leak is in the oil cooler / radiator and is following the lines back to the adaptor plate and showing up there? Is there anything above the adaptor that could leak coolant?

Thanks for the reply Capt.! The problem turned out to be an intermittent front Lt. ABS sensor that was driving the trucks computer and the tech. crazy. Glad to see they got it squared away.
