I don't think that bumper is available anymore. It comes unpainted in sections and you have to weld it together, but it is the best looking offroad bumper for our blazers that I've seen so far.

At full steering lock you may have rubbing at the bottom rear edge of front fender with the 33x12.5/15 tires. Nothing a little fender trimming won't solve.
And for gears I'd definitely recommend...

I can understand the vacuum line accidentally getting disconnected but you should be able to find the t-fitting right between the fender and brake booster and reconnect the vacuum line to it.

Yes S-Series trucks and Blazers definitely come from the factory with the axle mounted on top of the leafsprings. So if you add blocks you will be lowering the truck not lifting it.

The vent line just slides over the tube. If you broke it off it should be still stuck in the end of your vacuum line.
