i plan on doin myself and if i put a body lift and shackles (ive already raised my tbar) what different things am i goin to have to change and on a scale 1-5 how hard of a raise is this?

I have a 1995 blazer 2dr.. there is a button on the key remote and in the blazer next to where you turn the headlights on. there is also a button the the rear of the blazer right under this glass.......

well my frined has the same blazer as me before...

insted of goin through the trouble of buying and installing a body lift why dont you raise your t-bars and buy or make some shackles for the rear end depending of the year you have you can get...

i have a 1995 blazer and when its cold out it goes to about 1200-1300 rpm its just the sensors tellin the motor it needs to warm up...whether its warm or cold i still have to hold my brake in...

changing you tranny fluid and filter may help if not change tranny mounts if that dont help drive it till she goes then salvage yard your year and low miledge save ya hundreds goin to the salvage...

to what cookbrady said...i have a 95 blazer and my leafs are on top of my axle so if i put a 2' block in then it would raise my rear end 2' inches...

lift creates MORE stress on the ball joints...and i doubt that you could put them amr son a regular blazer because the zr-2's have a stock lift on them the front of you blazer would probably sit 2-3...

another thing you maybe able to do is read your owners manual find out which fuse runs that air bag light and take out the fuse...and try it then...might help....might not

i can garentee you that a 2' body lift will not tuck 33's however if you got a suspension then your talkin buisness...but im not for sure if you would have to trim the fenders to tuck those tires

Lifting my blazer

I have a 1995 Blazer 2 door 4x4i would like it to sit higher but i dont want to spend $700-$1200 on a 2' body lift and $3200 on a suspension lift.. Ive read alot of raising t-bars and all that good...
