my blazer came with 235's on the front and 255's on the rear, on standard rims and they still don't fill the arches

(where it ran) then look at the other bank of cylinders to see if you might have a plug cap on wrong on that side,...

there was a guy on the forum with a similar problem, rough running e.t.c,
i think he changed his injectors.

i don't know about the blazer,but a sierra cosworth i used to own the chip sat inside the ecu, and it was just a case of replacing it with a 1,2,3 stage performance chip,
the stage 1 was a mild tune...

what about an air leak around the inlet manifold, have you tried spraying wd40 or brake cleaner around it, if the engine revs up you know you've got a leak.
maybe you should go back to where it all...
