how to remove "the governor"

I own a 2000 blazer LT and it maxes out at around 98-99 mph is there any way to remove "the governor" so I can reach a faster top speed ??

well found out what was wrong... subs blew...bad, I fried the livingcrap out of em, went back to wal mart where I purchased them and the manager approved the exchange, got 2 more and hooked em up and...

yeah I stuck it right to the carpet, it works just the same wether it's underneath or above it does what it's supposed to do.

bc that's the ideal place to put my box..... trust me I have tried it in many different positions and it sounded like crap, but when they are put all the way in the back like in the pic they pound...

to answer your ? dynamat doesn't have to be installed under the panels to work, I have 2 wedge packs which are 4 cubic feet, and it covers the entire middle section of my rear cargo area and my sound...

well see the thing is I'm not looking for better traction in like wet/snow I'm looking for better traction in like sand, rocks, ruts, etc. I was told by han3r to get som all-terrain tires that way...
