hood release cable

mine is hard to open and i notice where it attaches to the latch on the hood its coming apart. like fraying a little. how hard is it to replace.

the dakota has a 5.2 liter v8. been modified from 230 hp to 400 hp. needs some wiring body work, bulbs ignition tires vacume line and a has a gas leek. maybe some other things. i love blazers and...
