The part number is # 15029708, this switch is original GM part. Might be able to find the switch on
EBay, thru the chevy/GMC parts department is showing the switch is not available! Still searching ...

My local Chevy dealer said the part # for the 3 oxygen sensor(s) is
#19178918, cost is $68.60 ( + tax, if applicable ), GM Parts East.com is saying
part #: 15562866 (for all 3 sensors...

Also, check you enging freeze plugs, if one or more are rusted out, you
need to pull the engine block out, to replace the freeze plugs, which
happen to my '95 LS 4.3 4Door 4X4.
