Transmission fluid can cause the rubber to break down and prematurely break the part.

Yeah, I'll be converting it to manual next summer when its not so damn cold. The shop just called and it was a bad TCCM cost $250 for the part, labor and diagnostic. So, not too bad in my opinion.

well, the build is on hold due to it being stuck in 4LO, I tried to locate the issue myself but i lack the diagnostic tools to find the problem. So, its at the shop... Hopefully won't be expensive...
