sounds like the solenoid on your starter is going bad or the connection between your switch and starter is losing power somewhere along the wire. Pull the starter and have it tested. good luck.

no, i did not clean the caliper pins. i didnt take caliper apart, just unbolted it from the rotor. i just got finished putting new pads back on today and the caliper slid back and forth on the pins...

hey, i put new pads on the back of my 98 and after i was done i was dragging like the parking brake was still engaged. i thought it had gone away until they started grinding again. here i am 1 month...
