i have a tick from the front of my engine, it gets louder when i rev the engine

it seems that its coming frome the belt area

i looked at the belt and it seems fine,

seat still wont go down

there is nothing jammed under the seat

the seat wont move at all

the wire isn't broke but the release lever isn't working

does anyone know if there is any other way to get the seat to go...

hi, my back seat wont fold down
the release lever goes up but nothing happens
is there any other way to get the seat down?
or how do i go about fixing it
